Today at 22:51hrs I penned my maiden blog. Never thought I would take an interest in blogging as it felt like I'm sharing my diary with others. Then again, says who anyone will take an interest in my life stories, so here I am.
Why Bliss? It is showing happiness. My idea of bliss is the ability to wake up everyday knowing my loved ones are still with me. I live to eat so being able to eat my favourite food with my loved ones are but one of those blissful moments for me
Met up a ex-colleagues for Japanese dinner at Minori (UE Square) on Friday. It was better than I thought, especially the sashimi. Their grilled menu has quite a few selection but I only had my favourite which is chicken liver - the cheap alternative to foie gras. Next, we adjourned for drinks and chatted till 2am. Though tired, we all left in high spirits *yawn*.

Had Sukiyaki dinner tonite. Hubby said it tastes better than the last attempt as I added sake this time round. Paired it with DogPoint Sauvignon Blanc and we summised that white is not exactly our type of wine. I'll probably use the balance of it for cooking.
