Just Another Bad Day...

Boss had it real bad at yesterday's weekly meeting and today he tried to pass it on to me. Here's what happened...

Scene One
Boss: Did you let the client know we are flying X for the meeting?
Me: Yes, it's on one of my email confirming the meeting.
Boss: Did the client confirm?
Me: Hmm... No, but she confirmed the meeting though after reading my email.
Boss: You cannot assume... luckily I indicated on my email X is based in SIN
Me: LL... kept quiet
Boss: (continued searching for emails) Oh, so you really did mention it to her... ok...

Scene Two
Boss: Please reverse this doc
Me: Can't. Because it has been entered into the system
Boss: What?!!! You opened the assignment???
Me: Yeah... you signed the doc, didn't you?
Boss: But I thought you said we need to get everyone to agree and sign?
Me: Yes, but I also said I only found out about it after it was opened... we can email J to reverse
Boss: Just do whatever we need to do...

Shortly after what happened, boss tried to be funny and asked me where to park in Raffles Place. To which I replied, "anywhere you can find parking lots". Duh... dun gimme that crap... damage done. Next.

On a brighter side of things, I managed to finish Part 1 of Sex and the City while nursing a flu at home yesterday. I like the Samantha character, she's one cool quirky chick.
